2020 Parent Survey
RP Students Parent Survey
I want to encourage you to remember that parents are not perfect disciple makers. None of us is and we will all make mistakes. I am reminded of Paul in 2 Corinthians 12.9 when God reminds Paul that His grace is sufficient and His power is made perfect in our weakness.
Know that I am in your corner and want to be a equipper and prayer warrior for you as you prayerfully, intentionally, and humbly take on your call as parents, discipling your teens.
Pastor Craig
2 Timothy 3.16 – All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.
1 John 2.1 – My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.” – Remember we have an advocate for us when we fail. An advocate who will forgive us.
Lamentations 3.21-24 – But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: 22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; 23 they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. 24 “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.” – God’s mercy is renewed every morning. It was true for parents then and it is still true today.
