Our desire at Rock Prairie is to send out some of our members in a manner worthy of God for the sake of the name (3 John 6-7), so that those who may not have had a chance to hear can hear the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ (Romans 15:21). As the local church, it is our biblical responsibility to test, train, affirm and send out our members.
Being sent out as a missionary is not a decision made solely by the one who is going. It is a potentially yearslong process that the church and the missionary candidate walk through together.
