- Reports to: Senior Pastor
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, seminary degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in full-time ministry preferred
- Salary commensurate with education and experience

Family Ministries Assistant
- Part-time: 8 hrs/week
- Reports to: Associate Pastor of Youth and Family Ministries
- Primary Focus: This role exists to support and strengthen the ministry by freeing up pastoral leadership for shepherding and teaching responsibilities.
- Education/Experience: 1-2 years administrative experience preferred, no educational requirements
